Course Description
Practice
of Econometrics has been more common in most of Social and Business
Sciences. This course introduces the following techniques in 15 days
from October 10 to 25 October, 2012. Each session will be long as 90
Minutes. Each session will introduce the basics of theory and then demos
of how to use Stata for obtaining the estimates about the discussed
topics. Also there will be short introductions to some other Econometric
packages like Eviews, R and Matlab. Students will be offered to discuss
their own datasets and research questions in additional hours via
Skype.
